Creative and Flirty, this MCM Party dress is really fun! Made of crisp taffeta, with royal blue pigment abstract printing, and rich black velvet flocking. A wide velvet bow at the bodice can be scrunched and ruched to tighten the bust or loosen as needed. The 30" tailored waist accents the full skirt and built-in crinoline. The dress has a 10" side zipper closure.
