"Kelco" porcelain Espresso set. Schmid Kreglinger is a Japanese company that is part of Schmid International, specializing in porcelain dinnerware including its fine art porcelain series "Kelco", designed by American ceramic artist LaGardo Tackett (1911-1984). The set is glazed in matte yellow over white glaze and has dimple accents. Especially made for the European, British and American Western Markets and very popular in the 1960s.

The set consists of a Espresso pot, milk pitcher, sugar bowl with wicker handle, 5 saucers and 2 cups. We have shown the set with extra saucers under each piece.

All pieces are in good vintage condition. Some have some fading of the yellow matte glaze or a small manufacturing blemish on the inside but does not detract from the appeal and silhouette of the set. There are some nominal scratches on the pitcher suitable to vintage condition.

1 x Coffee/Tea Pot – 9" tall, including lid, 3.5" diameter
2 x Cups – 2.5" tall, 3" diameter
5 x Saucers – 6" diameter
1 x Milk jug – 4.5" tall and 2" diameter
1 x Sugar bowl – 3.1" tall, including lid, and 3" diameter
