Hard-to-find, Unusual, Whimsical Decor Object, although it is not signed and is missing it's original sticker - it is almost certainly Bitossi as it is IDENTICAL to other RARE Owls being sold. In perfect condition and a MUST HAVE for the Bitossi collector.
