Oh those amazing early 80s...dawn of MTV...video killed the radio star. This dress is a flashback to all the 80s Pop Ladies who rolled power dressing and provocative innocence into their own form of fashion, you know what they say: "Girls Just Want to Have Fun"!

Looking now at this amazing garment it could be interpreted into Steampunk, Performance or even a social statement. The strapless Fitted Upper Bodice is entirely lined and boned covered with sequins and lace at the the decolletage. The the lower skirt begins on the hips with a plunging low waist and is stiffened by the crisp lining and starched lace ruffles. There is a long zipper closure in the back.
