Amazing 1980s vintage dress from Jessica McClintock for Gunne Sax in black velvet with a beautiful hand-painted bodice and gold sequin details. The strapless sweetheart neckline and the boned bodice are contrasted with a straight-fitted plain velvet skirt, midi-length (no stretch in the skirt). The dress closes with a back zipper. Our photo for reference illustrates how this dress can transform into a super hero vibe when worn by Linda Carter!
Made in the USA, marked size 9 - we estimate it to fit a modern-day US 4/6. Other than the normal vintage wear, there is some expected minor sequin loss but no other issues were found.
