    While we do our best to accurately describe items, please keep in mind that vintage items sometimes often have minor imperfections that do not impact the item's charm and wearability.

  • Our flat shipping rate is $12 per order. Heavier items & large orders may have a higher shipping rate depending on weight/size. Items will be shipped USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. Tracking and confirmation will be sent to you after ordering. For international customers or to ask about more advanced shipping options, please contact us.

  • Pick-Up Address:

    If you are local to New Haven, Connecticut, or plan on visiting our brick-and-mortar, you can select pick-up as an option at checkout. We can only hold a pick-up order for up to one week after purchase. If you would like to hold an item to try on in the store, please contact us with the product link. We can only hold items for 24hrs to give priority to our in-store customers. We will not hold orders on sale days.

  • Gift certificates can be purchased and redeemed in-store or online. To place an order online using a physical or eGiftcard, please email us.

    You can also send a digital e-gift card which the recipient will receive immediately via email. Physical gift certificates will be mailed to the recipient in 3-5 business days. Use code FREESHIPPINGGC to remove the standard shipping charge.

  • When you receive your vintage item, please leave feedback! You will be emailed a link to rate your order after purchase. You can also email us directly at vintanthromodernvintage@gmail.com and leave a Google or Yelp review.

    Please contact us directly before leaving a neutral or negative review, so we can resolve any issues you may have with your order or experience. We are a small three-person team — with lives, families, FEELINGS — and we love vintage just like you! Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
